In a strategic move to bolster travel insurance services in Australia, Cover-More, a subsidiary of Zurich's Cover-More Group, has entered into a partnership with global professional services firm Aon.
This collaboration aims to provide comprehensive travel insurance solutions to Aon's retail clients and employees across Australia.

Under this agreement, Cover-More will serve as the exclusive provider of travel insurance products distributed through Aon's Australian retail channels and internal programs. This partnership leverages Cover-More's expertise in travel insurance and Aon's extensive client base to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the diverse needs of Australian travellers.

Mike Stein, Executive General Manager of Sales and Distribution at Cover-More, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the alignment of values and commitment to delivering exceptional customer care. He noted that Cover-More continues to work with some of Australia's best-known brands and is recognised for its market-leading products, strong operational delivery, and exceptional customer care.

Kevan Johnston, CEO of Aon Australia, echoed this sentiment, emphasising the shared values and commitment to protecting lives globally. He stated that Aon is thrilled to start a strategic relationship with Cover-More in Australia and to embark on a partnership with a company that shares their values and commitment to protect the lives of people around the world.

This partnership comes at a time when Australian travel activity remains high, with 92% of Australians having travelled in 2025, according to Southern Cross Travel Insurance's latest Future of Travel report. The collaboration between Cover-More and Aon is poised to address the growing demand for reliable and comprehensive travel insurance solutions, ensuring that Australian travellers are well-protected during their journeys.
